How to Resolve HP Printer cartridge Problem?

Did you know that regular use of printer may also cause issues in printer? You have to take care of your HP printer whether you use it regularly or not. The most common problem occurs when we use it regularly and cartridge jams. Today I am going to tell you the solution provided by HP TECH SUPPORT for resolving this problem. They provide some steps through which you can solve the issue.

The steps for solving HP printer cartridge problem are:-

  • Turn your printer “Off”. Wait a couple of minutes and “On” your printer again
  • Print a page for testing the issue. If the jam message still displaying then go to next step
  • If there is a paper jammed in printer then removed it if not then it’s ok.
  • On the printer and disconnect the USB, Power or Ethernet cables from the back of the printer. Lift the front access door until it locks into place
  • Manually move the cartridge back & forth from left to right. Reconnect the cord. Again turn you printer on & test the printer by printing a test page, if the problem still occurs then go to next step
  • Plug the printer directly in wall socket. Reconnect the Ethernet cable or USB. Print the test document again if it’s still not working moved to next and final step
  • Turn “Off” the printer. Disconnect power cord from the back & remove the plug from the socket and wait for 30 seconds.
  • Now reconnect the printer cord and turn “On” the printer. Print the test document again.
